I am a retired electrician with over 30 years experience in the electrical field. I have done new household electrical wiring installations. I have also done household electrical repairs and household electrical remodeling. I did most of this working for contractors. This was easy to just do the work and not worry about the “business headaches”. However I saw many of the problems that the customers had trying to get this work done:
1) both worked and nobody home during the day
2) can I trust a stranger in my home when I’m not there
3) cant afford $150 for a service call to replace a light switch
4) need it fixed tomorrow and there is a waiting list
5) technician attempts to talk me into something that I don not really want so he can get to the next call
These are some of the reasons why I have started this blog to help people to get exactly what they want when they want it at an affordable price.
P.S. my hobby is driving my street stock car at the local dirt track on Friday nights. If anybody has advice on this venture, I will be very grateful!
